iFile in IPA format to install with iResign without Jailbreak???

I'm not saying this doesn't work at all. Just not with iFile.

Even if you convert the deb to ipa, it won't install because it's not going to pass the signature check that apple has in place.

You could try iPA God / iModSign / iReSign to remove the check, BUT you will ALSO need a Developer account, xCode & a Provisioning ticket (from that developer account).

I tried that when I had my dev account and it doesn't work. You need certain files from Cydia that install when you install iFile
