Have you installed anything or changed any settings for other apps since the last time the MovieBox was working?

1. Try in safe mode
2. Try after wiping cache
3. Try after hard reboot

To wipe cache download iwipe cache from cydia

Try deleting some of your downloaded shows/movies
Or move them to a different folder using iFile
It might be just crashing due to too many files in the downloads folder

My download folder is empty so I don't think that is causing it

What reset did u have to do? Cos I thought resetting causes the endless loop saying its resetting, did u have to re jailbreak?

As stated by another poster, you don't have to delete moviebox or reset anything in settings to get moviebox working again just do the following:
1. Kill the moviebox app by opening the multi-task tray that opens when you double click your home button.
2. Using iFile or iFunbox go to var/mobile/library/caches and delete the line that says com.moviebox.etc. or something like that.
3. Again using iFile now go to var/mobile/library/preferences/ and delete the com.trendico.moviebox.plist
4. If you use the trash function in your iFile make sure you empty your trash out.
5. Open moviebox and it should work now.

I have tried everything suggested, and it still crashes, funny thing is I have only had it a few days. And when I went to use it it didn't work. So the suggestion of resetting it would be my only other way.
Which is why I asked did u have to re jail break ?
