its was fine till i use a theme in dreamboard and my ipod started to crash, after i deleted the dreamboard and reboot it then this notification comes out.

Try using ifile to check if all of the dreamboard theme files got deleted

Dude this is the exact thing that happend to me! All you have to do is reboot your device. I also removed the theme, I would recommend not to run that theme to fix this. Hope I helped.
