iTunes will not recognize Iphone contents On Windows 7

Ever since i updated itunes it will not read the contents of my iphone 4 on 5.0.1. I am running Windows 7 on a acer aspire 521-1007. i have tried every usb port just in case one wasn't working right and i still get this error

any suggestions on how i could fix this, any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Edit: this is the error i get when i start the updated itunes everytime even before i plug my phone in
Cairo Dock Not Working

After installing cairo Dock on ubuntu 11.10 using the ubuntu instructions here It will not show up.
I tried launching each of the applications it installed (openGL and non Gl) and it still will not show the dock.
How can i fix this to get it working?
Itunes Not Syncing All Music

Since i restored my iphone 4 (5.0.1) itunes will not sync all of my music. I have it checked to sync the whole library but is doesn't sync at least 30+ songs.
It also hasn't synced a good amount of apps too. How can I get itunes to sync everything and fix this problem
Winterboard causing lag

Hey. When winterboard is installed, even without a theme on it causes lag on the springboard. It gets pretty bad and is very annoying.
Does anyone know a fix for this or any other way to make springboard not lagy?
How can I enable Visual Voicemail?

I have an iPhone 4 running 4.3.3.
Whenever I click voicemail in the phone app it just starts a call to my voicemail inbox. This works fine to listen to voicemails but I would like to get visual voicemail because it seems better. How can I enable it ?

did you quit using myrepospace I know I did because it takes forever for that site to load when I want to upload anything to my repo?
