You've got 512mb in the iPhone 4 - which is more then enough to multitask and still run smooth. From a fresh reboot/respring what reduces the available ram for apps - after the iOS of course, is jailbreak tweaks - the more you install the less ram you will get for apps - so the surest way to get a smooth iPhone is to clean restore the firmware and only install the most basic tweaks you need - I haven't had winterboard, intelliscreen or tlert installed since going onto ios5 and there is a big difference in the amount of free ram I get and general stability.

Im not too sure about this, but I think that every tweak eats up a little bit of RAM depending on what it does. CyTask definitely eats up a ton of RAM and I think Barrel uses some too.

daemon tools shuts the un-necessary daemons that iphone launches at the startup, they keep running n eat up the memory unnecessarily..

yup, u shd install freemem, it will help u out when u get out of ram..

Isn't freemen just an easier way to click the free memory in SBSettings?

Yeah I think it is the same. It's just a faster way to use that feature from SBSettings. A way it does that is by allowing you to add it Activator to assign a gesture for it

All of the Speed, Overclocking, Fake Clock Up stuff is a waste on a iPhone 4....Unless you ahve a lot of Mobile Substrates running hogging up the resources, theres really no need to run any of those, and those tweaks are actually harmful to your device in the long run.....You can do simple stuff like, Sysclean and SyscleanPro from our repo, which cleans file systems, removes unwanted languages and keyboard languages, moves fonts n stuff to help organize better....And I believe theres maybe a few more out there along those lines....Bottom line in my personal opinion I would stay away from the first things I was talking about....But to each their own.
