How to sign binary for modded/hacked games to work on iOS 4.3.5+

Requirements:
-Jailbroken iDevice
-The App you want to Mod/Hack
-The Mod/Hack for the app
-MobileTerminal(NEW) [From the insanelyi repo]
-ldone [from the insanelyi repo]
-iFile
-Internet connection

I will use Modern Combat 3 as an example. It will work for all apps though.

1. Download the Application you want to hack/mod from the AppStore or Installous
2. Download the Hack/Mod for the App through safari and click open in iFile OR on your computer and transfer to your iPod.
3. Copy the Hacked/Modded file to the app in /var/mobile/Applications/"random numbers"/ModernCombat3.app overwrite the file
4. Go to MobileTerminal
5. Login as root commands are:

su
alpine
cd /var/mobile/Applications/"random numbers"/ModernCombat3.app
chmod 755 ModernCombat3
ldone ModernCombat3 -s

NOTE:
Remember the "random numbers" are the long strings of numbers the applications show up as in iFile. Also take note if you changed your root password type in your password instead of alpine. You only need to do this is the hack/mod is in the main game file, for example for Modern Combat 3 the file is ModernCombat3 (the main file is usually the biggest file in the app and is usually named something like the app itself).

Cheers ).gif

Means the exact same thing. The space for something unique for each iDevice app...

Now does this work for setting permission such as "775" like some mods/hacks say to do. Such as in the /var/mobile/Applications/*/Documents - folder?
